The gas logs are handpainted to really give homeowners the unmistakable look and feel of burning cedar logs. These logs, however, are even stronger than cedar thanks to the high-quality materials used in their construction and the reinforced steel rods in each gas log's interior. With the logs' partially charred exterior and burnt-through bottom log that gives you a view of the flame and embers, you'll think you're burning a woodshed full of cedar - only without slogging through swamps for a week to round it all up. Bringing the beauty and elegance of cedar into your home is a snap using Real Fyre Charred Cedar Gas Logs by Peterson. This is a set of gas logs only to be used with a Real Fyre vented gas log burner (sold separately). Vented gas logs must be installed in a fully vented wood burning fireplace. This set of gas logs includes the Gas Logs Only. All other components needed to makes this a functional gas log set (such as Real-Fyre Burner System, Granules, Glowing Embers, grate, grate clips/log locators, pan/connector kit and damper clamp) must be purchased separately or you can purchase a complete set from our Vented Gas Log Set section. Looks great and puts out a lot of heat
All of the parts arrived in less than a week. I immediately installed them without a hitch, turned on the gas, lit the flame and it really adds to the coziness of our family room.

Awesome!
This set replaced an older Real Fyre Oak natural gas log set. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of this new one. It is quieter and more realistic looking. The variable remote is something new and I love it. I now use it almost nightly because of the ability to control the flame height and heat. eFireplace service was great. Shipped almost immediately after it was ordered and arrived in good condition. Some instructions were not too clear but that is not a reflection of eFireplace. They are always available and helpful by phone. Great experience all around a quality product.

I Like How the Logs Look
When I first opened the package I didn't think that the logs would look at all realistic in the fireplace. After following the instructions, I can say that it looks very beautiful and very realistic. I also heats better than any other fireplace I have used.
